We had no chance to examine this large and very soft anemone, but its whole exterior is in a close agreement with recently published description of the specimens of Ptychodactis patula from North Pacific, so, we think that the specimens on the photos possibly belong to this species.
Update: in September 2010 this Aleutian anemone was described as a new species, distinct from P. patula and its current valid name is Ptychodactis aleutiensis
