photo of N. Sanamyan: specimen from Matua Island (Kuril Islands, NW Pacific, Russia)
This small red cold water species was described in 2016 from Aleutian Islands as a new species, new genus and new family. Recently we found it on Matua Island which belongs to middle group of Kuril Islands. No other records of this species are known till now (2017). Identification is possible only after examination of anatomy of collected and preserved specimens.
